If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid this dealership at all costs.
My initial interaction was was great. The sales rep at their Red Bluff location was amazing. Fast forward 5 months and it has been literal HELL.
I was visiting from out of state when my previous vehicle died and I had to purchase a vehicle to return home to Oregon. I purchased my vehicle outright and also purchased the extended warranty they offered. I went to use the warranty I paid for when we had some parts fail on this vehicle (after only 5 months). This is when I discovered that my warranty contract was NEVER sent in. I attempted to reach out to the Red Bluff location only to find the number disconnected. I then reached out to the Anderson location, explained the situation and was told the manager was at their other location and they would have him call me back. A few hours later, I called in again and asked to speak to the manager only to be told no, that the manager was not working that day but they would call me back with information in an hour. A few hours later, I called in again to get ANYONE to send over my contract to the warranty company so I can get my vehicle fixed. Spoke to another employee who told me that I could not speak to the manager because they had a death in the family and it was hard to get someone on the phone. This employee then explained to me that the company they use for the extended warranty often claims they don't have paperwork because they don't “save“ it when it is sent in. Again, I asked for a direct line to a manager so I can at least leave a voicemail to get answers and was told no. So off to the warranty company I go. I called them to find out what exactly was going on from their end. Turns out payment for my warranty was made with no copy of my contract and they had been trying to get it since OCTOBER (it is now the end of May). They informed me that they have made multiple attempts to reach the dealership with no cooperation from them. At this point I‘m livid so I call back again asking for contact information for the owner. This situation was getting messy and I just wanted answers.
Miraculously, the manager was able to get on the line. According to him, he had been in the office all day assisting customers and had not had a death in the family. When I informed him at I was at the end of my rope dealing with their location and wanted to speak to someone above him I was told he is the “end all, be allâ€. After a lot of back and forth, this manager now wants me to send him a scanned copy of MY copy of the contract so he can send it to the warranty company and “be done with itâ€. A contract that they have the original of AND should have already been sent in months ago. His response to how they were going to make this right was that they “did the hard part and sent the money in“ to the warranty company.
Save yourself the headache and do not purchase from this company. They're shady, have horrible customer service and apparently do not know how to handle important documents. If the owner reads this, I sincerely hope you revisit who you have in management and policies around who to contact when management fails because this is absolutely insane.
