Bought a kia here 6 years ago and it still runs great.

I went in to look at cars at this dealer and he never came out and talked to me. He sat in his office the entire time and I waited for over 1.5 hours. I finally realized he was too rude to come talk to his potential customer and he obviously didn't want to sell any cars that day. I took my money to a dealer that was polite, very helpful and had a better vehicle selection and didn't pay the outrageous amount of money this dealer was asking for a vehicle with less miles in better shape that had 0 accidents! I am so happy that he didn't come out of his office, he did me a huge favor! If he wanted to sell cars though he should brush up on his customer service skills. He lacks in that department. My advice to someone looking to buy a car would be don't bother paying more than the car is worth from this dealer, take your money to a dealer who will be present, answer questions you have and work together with you in a curteous manner. A dealer that makes making you satisfied is the kind you want to deal with and they will make more money and sell more cars than one that completely ignores the customer.

For me, buying a vehicle is very stressful. In the past I have experienced high pressure salesmen and I would just walk off their lot and go somewhere with a less pressuring sales person. I had this in mind when I walked on the sales lot of Advanced Auto Wholesale. What I found instead was a very nice salesperson named Gil. He was very polite and respectful. He wasn't like anyone that I have ever met while shopping for a vehicle. He thoroughly explained the vehicle and what the out the door price was. I was surprised that there wasn't any hidden costs. The price of the vehicle listed on their website was the price I paid. There wasn't any back and forth price haggling. It was such a pleasant experience that I wouldn't hesitate to return to Advance Auto Wholesale for my next vehicle. The vehicle I purchased is in excellent condition and I love driving it.

I purchased my first car from Advanced Auto Wholesale Redding ca in March, and I was excited about finally buying a vehicle from a dealership. Unfortunately, my experience quickly turned into a disappointing one. Within the first week, I had to have the window motor repaired. Then, just two months later, the transmission completely failed. It took over a month to finally get my car repaired and back home, which was incredibly frustrating and stressful. While I'm grateful the car was eventually fixed, the entire experience left me very disappointed. My advice to anyone considering buying a vehicle here is to thoroughly check the vehicle history, have the car inspected by an independent mechanic if possible, and ask plenty of questions before making a purchase. I truly wish my first experience buying a car from a dealership had been a better one.

My Husband and I loved working with the Guys here at Advanced Auto Wholesale but Gil went above and beyond to get us into the vehicle we wanted. They have quality used cars and great customer service. 100% Recommendation!

Worst experience ever ,the salesman like to do the whole run around the price kept going up on the truck they had me go to the redding location just to hear the same thing I highly recommend going somewhere else to get a truck.i went to Chico the same day and got approved immediately and no headache like this place
